Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to 3 Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. of Fairfield, MT in the sale of two wireless licenses to AT&T Mobility Spectrum, LLC. The licenses are the Lower B Block 700 MHz licenses for Montana 6 - Deer Lodge (CMA 528) and Montana 2 - Toole (CMA524).
