Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, CO, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to The Bailey Company, LLLP ("TBC") in the sale of 47 Arby's restaurants in Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming to Tulsa, Oklahoma-based United States Beef Corporation ("U.S. Beef"). TBC is a Golden-based family-owned business. Geoff Bailey, President of TBC, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating "My father opened his first Arby's in Denver in 1968.
