W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to Tuff Shed, Inc. in the acquisition of Sheds USA.
Tuff Shed, North America’s leading manufacturer and installer of pre-fabricated sheds and garages has acquired substantially all of the assets of Sheds USA from Home Brands, LLC. The acquisition strengthens Tuff Shed’s relationship with The Home Depot which now sells the Tuff Shed products in all of its 1,946 stores across the contiguous U.S.
“While we’ve had locations coast to coast for several years, we haven’t had a presence in the Northeast,” company President and Founder Tom Saurey said in a prepared statement. “Now we do, and I’m delighted to say we service all of the lower 48 U.S. states.”
