W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, announced today that it acted as financial advisor to Automotive Business Solutions, Inc. in its sale to Cambium Equity Partners.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, Automotive Business Solutions, Inc. (“ABS” or the “Company”) provides nationwide repair and labor warranty, roadside assistance and tire warranty services as well as an administrator program to the automobile aftermarket industry.

Today, the Company has approximately 35,000 repair shops under its umbrella.
