W.G. Nielsen & Co., a leading investment banking firm headquartered in Denver, served as financial advisor to Pella Windows and Doors of Colorado in its divestiture of its Southern Pella distributorship to Echelon Enterprises.
Pella Windows & Doors of Colorado, Inc. (Pella WDCO) distributes Pella Corporation’s window and door products through its Northern branch in Denver and Southern branch in Colorado Springs. The company serves homebuilders, home remodelers, contractors, homeowners and architects and has built a strong reputation for delivering high customer satisfaction, fast and fair service and quality products and workmanship.
Pella WDCO’s Southern Branch has rebranded as Mountain View Pella as a result of the divestiture. The company will continue to serve customers in Southern and Western Colorado under the leadership of CEO Chris Pettofrezzo.
“The continued growth of the Southern Branch warrants a more regional focus that can be best accomplished with the local ownership that Chris and his team brings,” said Graydon Bevis, Pella WDCO owner and CEO.
“We’re excited to partner with Pella’s experienced and talented team to fuel the Company’s growth in this fragmented industry,” said Pettofrezzo. “Combining management’s unparalleled knowledge of the window and door industry with our focused resources and relationships will bring value to Pella’s customers and employees.”
“We are proud to have worked with Graydon and his team and the Pella Corporation on this transaction and look forward to continuing to leverage our Pella expertise as Pella Branch owners across the Country seek to right-size their distributorships in this expanding market,” said Ron Barber, Managing Director of W.G. Nielsen & Co.
